How do you ensure the coffee is fresh?
Our roasting partners roast your beans to order in small batches. This ensures that your coffee is shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting for peak flavor.
Can I customize my delivery frequency?
Yes, you have full control over your schedule. You can choose to receive coffee every week, every two weeks, or once a month through your account settings.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee?
While we recommend whole beans for the best experience, most of our roasters offer various grind settings ranging from coarse French Press to fine Espresso.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your match, our 'First Bag Guarantee' ensures we will send a different bag for free.
How much does shipping cost?
